World Refugee Day 2020 - Pittsburgh

Join us as we celebrate World Refugee Day and Immigrant Heritage Month all day on June 17! This free, virtual event is for everyone, in Pittsburgh and beyond! We'll have performances, stories from refugees and immigrants, videos from community leaders across the city and state, featured restaurants, featured immigrant-owned stores, and more.
The whole celebration will be held right here on Facebook! Just follow along on this event page, on JFCS Refugee & Immigrant Services's page, or on many of the Organizing Partners' pages. More info to come on participating performers, vendors, and speakers, as well as a schedule for the day. This year we are excited to have Siraji Hassan, Executive Director of United Somali Bantu of Greater Pittsburgh, as our virtual emcee.
