Join us on Wednesday, June 20th from 6-8pm at the Houston Museum of Fine Arts’ Brown Auditorium to celebrate World Refugee Day Houston 2018. A panel of experts will discuss the magnitude of the global refugee crisis and how Houston is responding. Topics covered will include changing demographics and attitudes toward immigration, the impact of refugees on the local economy, how schools, faith organizations, and resettlement agencies are responding to the refugee community, and more.
