In honor of the vision of Martin Luther King, Jr., please join us as we break bread with a diverse group of Omaha-area community members. Doors open at 5pm, dinner begins at 5:30pm, and program remarks will be at 6:30pm. Before and after our community meal, we will have opportunities for individuals and families to participate in humanitarian projects. Community members are also invited to view #WhatIFoughtFor, a portrait collection highlighting the stories of veterans and the refugees in their lives.
Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska will have a truck in the parking lot of the event all day to accept contributions to their food pantry. Please bring nonperishable food items to donate as you’re able!
