 - Political update on the state of refugee resettlement
 - Launch of 2019 #WhereRtheRefugees campaign
 - Tools and resources available for field mobilization
 - Resources on countering the Administration's narratives

Join the We Are All America campaign and our partners for a national webinar to learn more about the state of play for refugee resettlement in 2019 and planned #WhereRtheRefugees advocacy and actions this Spring. We will discuss tools and resources available and highlight ways you can get involved.

Since taking office, Trump has launched ongoing attacks on refugee resettlement, from halting refugee admissions as part of his travel ban to recently re-nominating the virulently anti-immigrant/refugee Ronald Mortensen to lead the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration at the State Department.

This year, Trump set the refugee admissions goal at 30,000 – the lowest level in U.S. history. Even more upsetting is that as we enter the fiscal year's mid-point we are on track to resettle even fewer refugees than this.

We are facing the largest global refugee crisis in recorded history, with more than 68.5 million people displaced from their homes, 25.4 million of whom are registered refugees. Refugee resettlement saves lives, encourages other countries to keep their doors open to people needing protection, and promotes regional stability and global security. With global need at its highest, our U.S. refugee resettlement program is being systematically dismantled. This is unconscionable.

Please join We Are All America and our partners across the country in supporting the life-saving work of the U.S. Refugee Resettlement Program. Join us to learn about the #WhereRtheRefugees 2019 field campaign and find out what you can do THIS SPRING to take action.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
